Early Bird ALCN Member
This rate applies to members of the Australian Learning Communities Network. Early bird registrations will be accepted until 5pm on 19 September 2008. Registration includes: all morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas; conference delegate pack; ticket to the conference welcome reception and access to all workshops/presentations included in the conference program.
Early Bird Non-Member
This applies to delegates wishing to attend the conference, but who are not members of the Australian Learning Communities Network. Early bird registrations will be accepted until 5pm on 19 September 2008. Standard Rate
This rate applies to all delegates (members and non-members) who register to attend the conference after 5pm on 19 September 2008. Registration includes: all morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas; conference delegate pack; ticket to the conference welcome reception and access to all workshops/presentations included in the conference program
Student/Concession
This rate applies to those delegates who have a concession or student card. Upon registration you will be required to present your relevant concession/student card. Registration includes: all morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas; conference delegate pack; ticket to the conference welcome reception and access to all workshops/presentations included in the conference program.
Organisation/Corporate
This rate applies to Organisations or Corporate Groups wishing to attend the conference. This registration allows for up to three individuals to

attend the conference and receive the benefits of standard registration. Registration includes: all morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas; conference delegate pack; ticket to the conference welcome reception and access to all workshops/presentations included in the conference program.
Day Registration
This rate applies to those delegates who only want to attend one of the conference days. Registration includes: morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea; conference delegate pack; and access to all workshops/presentations included in the conference program
Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner is not included in any of the Registration costs and is an additional $95.00 per delegate or $110 for partners and non-conference delegates.
Additional Tickets to the Welcome Reception
Additional tickets to the welcome reception can be purchased for $25.00 per person.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the conference secretariat. Cancellation made before and including Friday 10 October 2008 will incur a 50% charge per registration to cover administration, catering and venue costs. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you within five business days. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the conference secretariat to verify that your written request for a cancellation has been received. Cancellations made after Friday 10 October 2008, can be transferred to another person at no extra cost and at anytime, however the registration fee remains the same and no refund will be given if the registration is not transferred Non-attendance will result in 100% loss of the conference registration fee. The conference organsiers reserve the right to cancel sessions and make program modifications if minimum numbers are not reached, or events occur that are beyond their control.
